LHS Engineering System: Advantages of Implementing Aluminum Technology in Structural Design

One of our safety precautions involves the utilization of state-of-the-art German technology for the construction and design of our aluminum tents. By crafting each tent order using Computer Aided Design and constructing them according to the utmost CNC technology standards, we are able to produce secure and meticulously engineered aluminum structures tailored to our esteemed clients and their occasions.

LONG TERM SUSTAINABILTY

The structures are free from internal supports and can endure wind speeds ranging from 80km/hr to 102km/hr (depending on the size of the profile)

TECHNICAL EFFICIENCY

The tent roof is set up using a cradle system, which effectively prevents the accumulation of potential leaks.

SAFETY IN PLACE

Structures are endorsed by Professional Engineer, while building methodology is approved by WSHC and Safety Officer.

USER’S COMFORT LEVEL

The upper PVC canvas is non-transparent, capable of withstanding high temperatures, and designed to inhibit the spread of fire.

OPTIONAL ENHANCEMENTS

Tent structures have alternatives to install enhancement such as glass wall, ABS wall, sliding doors and aircon.

SCALABILITY

The tents are designed in modular units of 5 meters per section, enabling the length to be extended as needed.
